There is an option to prevent staff from logging off the POS terminal in the Functionality Profile. The Functionality profile can be set either on Store or POS Terminal.
To prevent log off
- Open the Functionality Profile in use.
- Go to the Staff & Logon FastTab. In the Logoff Function field, select Prevent Logoff from the drop-down list.
When this option is selected, the POS staff cannot log off from the POS.
